Try to drink more than eight glasses a day. Put some frozen berries in the water or even some mint leaves and lemon slices. Choose light fruits that have a high water content such as watermelon, cantaloupe, tomatoes and cucumbers.

5. Use sun protection methods


Look for a sunscreen with a good SPF. Even if you're just running errands or going for a "short walk," UV exposure increases somewhere between 4 and 10% for every 1,000 feet above sea level.
