A fight between Galatasaray players during the Giresunspor match in the Turkish League

A violent fist fight broke out between two players from the Galatasaray team, which includes Egyptian international striker Mostafa Mohamed, during the Giresunspor team match, which is currently being held at the Giresun Ataturk Stadium, at the end of the opening round of the Turkish League for the new season 2021-2022.

In the 62nd minute, Marcao and Kerem Akturkoglu had a fist fight, and he was not the first to slap the latter in an offensive scene, and he was expelled from the match after this situation.

Mustafa Mohamed is on the Galatasaray bench, alongside veteran Colombian star Radamel Falcao, Dutch star Ryan Babel, Turkish Arda Turan and many stars.

Galatasaray lost the Turkish league title last season, by a single goal from the champion Besiktas, who won the title in the last round, while Giresunspor is one of the rising teams in the league this season.

Galatasaray will enter today's match, led by its coach Fatih Terim, after he bid farewell to the preliminary league competitions from the European Champions League, at the hands of the Dutch club PSV Eindhoven, to turn to play in the European League competition.

Mostafa Mohamed, who is loaned from Zamalek until the end of the current season, seeks to participate mainly with Galatasaray in the upcoming matches, after he lost his place in the last matches for Senegalese striker Mbaye Diane, who is returning from loan, after he played the second half of last season on loan to West Bromwich Albion, the English club, after the club signed Mustafa Mohamed last January.

Galatasaray had qualified for the qualifying round for the group stage of the Euroleague, after defeating the Scottish St Johnston team 5-3 in the aggregate of the two legs of the second preliminary round of the competition.

The companions of the Egyptian star, Mostafa Mohamed, will host the Danish team on August 19, in the first leg of the qualifying round for the group stage, with the return match to be held in Denmark on the 26th of the same month.

It is worth noting that the draw for the group stage of the Euroleague this season will take place on Friday, August 27.
