Egyptian-Russian talks to support the field of tourism and antiquities

While in the Russian capital, Moscow, to hold a number of official and professional meetings with the Russian side to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the field of tourism and archaeology, Dr. Khaled El-Anany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, and Ambassador Ehab Nasr, Ambassador of Egypt to Russia, visited the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. They were received by the Director of the Museum, who accompanied them in A tour inside the museum, during which they got acquainted with the different sections and the most important pieces displayed in it, especially those related to the treasures of the city of Siena in Italy.


The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities and the Egyptian ambassador in Moscow, met yesterday evening, Thursday, at a dinner held at the Egyptian Embassy, ​​with the directors of the main and official museums in Moscow: Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, State History and the State Museum of the Arts of the Peoples of the East, where they discussed strengthening means of cooperation in the field of Archaeological work, exchange of scientific expertise, and training of archaeologists and restorers.
