Najib Mikati presents his vision to end Lebanon's crises during his meeting with the Mufti of Lebanon

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati stressed the close relationship that binds the Presidency of the Council of Ministers with Dar Al-Fatwa, noting that the government will only serve the Lebanese citizen and his future aspirations for Lebanon to return to the way it was and better.


This came during a meeting with the Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, and Prime Minister Najib Mikati at Dar Al-Fatwa today. Lebanese Sheikh Amin al-Kurdi and directors of institutions affiliated to Dar al-Fatwa.


Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati presented his vision to end the multiple economic, living and social crises that the Lebanese people suffer from, and said that the visit is protocol.


For his part, Mufti Derian praised the efforts made by President Mikati to form a government in cooperation with loyal people who are keen on Lebanon and its people, stressing the strengthening of Islamic and national unity, noting that Lebanon's choice was and will remain an Arab national choice away from axes that contradict its national interests.


The Grand Mufti of Lebanon urged the Prime Minister to expedite finding solutions to the crises that people suffer and to start practical steps to advance the state and its institutions to embrace the people's issues and their life requirements and everything related to consolidating the state's status and prestige and its role as sponsoring the affairs of its people without differentiating between one region and another so that justice will prevail among all Lebanese.
